Counter person
We’re looking for a friendly and responsible Counter Person to join our Alameda Dry Cleaners team in Burbank / the Media District area. You’ll greet customers, take orders, answer questions, handle payments, and help keep the front clean and organized.
What you’ll do
- Greet customers and help with drop-off and pickup
- Tag items, enter orders, and write clear notes (stains, special requests, deadlines)
- Answer simple questions about services and turnaround times
- Handle payments and keep the counter area neat
- Double-check orders at pickup so customers get the right items
- Communicate with the team when something needs extra attention
What we’re looking for
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Basic English (Spanish is a plus)
- Organized, detail-focused, and comfortable working with a team
- Reliable attendance and professional behavior
